Marco Bizzozero is CEO Deutsche Bank (Switzerland) Ltd.and Head of Private Wealth Management NEMEA market region (Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Middle East & Africa). He joined Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in 2004 and until assuming his current position in May 2009, he was Global Head of the Private Equity Group, a private equity investment platform targeted at wealthy individuals and select institutional investors. Before joining Deutsche Bank in 2004, Mr. Bizzozero was Head of Private Equity Secondary Investments at LGT Capital Partners. Prior to that, he worked for UBS since 1994 and held a number of positions in Zurich, New York and London in investment banking and private equity. Marco Bizzozero (born in 1969) is a Swiss citizen and has a Masters Degree in finance and economics from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG). He is married and has three children. Mr. Bizzozero is Member of the Board of the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland.

Philippe Depoorter is Head of Philanthropy Services at Banque de Luxembourg where he has responsibility for advising private clients in defining their donor profiles; supporting them in their philanthropy projects; providing asset management advisory services for foundations; and setting up hybrid solutions (microfinance, venture capital for social entrepreneurship, etc).Following his degree in Social Sciences, Philippe began his professional career as a journalist in Luxembourg before moving into education and communications. He joined Banque de Luxembourg in 1988 to head up the Corporate Communications department. He is Secretary General of the bank. As part of his mission to guide “reputation” and business development, he created the bank’s philanthropy services department in 2006. Born in 1963, Philippe is Luxembourgish, and is married with two children.

Felipe Godard is a Managing Director of JPMorgan Private Bank and Head of the European International Teams. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, Mr Godard is a member of the EMEA Operating Committee and the JPMorgan (Suisse) Management Committee. Mr Godard joined JPMorgan in New York in 1999 and headed the Latin American Swiss operation until 2005. He started his 28-year career in Mexico City working for twelve years for Citibank and The Chase Manhattan Bank before moving to New York in 1992. Mr Godard has held numerous positions in support areas as well as investment banking, asset management and private banking. Prior to join JPMorgan Mr Godard was the Managing Director of Finamex International, a fully licensed broker-dealer in New York City specialized in Latin American capital markets.

Nick Gornall is the Head of Private Banking, Coutts & Co, a strategic role which he has held since June 2007. He has led the development of the Entrepreneurs proposition at Coutts and the regional expansion plan across the South of England. Nick moved from the NatWest Group to Coutts in 1994, initially in a client relationship role before heading up the successful New Business Unit. Having held the roles of Client Group Head for the Inpatriates and Cadogan Groups, in January 2006 Nick took up the newly established role as Head of Entrepreneurs Client Group, encompassing the Sports & Entertainment Group and the Fast Track proposition. Nick graduated from the University of Wales Institute of Science & Technology with a BSc Honours in Economics has been a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers since 1984.

Thorsten Hens is Professor of Financial Economics at the University of Zurich and Swiss Finance Institute, Fellow of the CEPR and Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Norwegian Business School in Bergen. He is Director of the Swiss Banking Institute, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Business Administration and Information Technology and Scientific Coordinator of NCCR-Finrisk. His research areas include behavioral and evolutionary finance. In researching how investors make their decisions, he draws on work in psychology and applies insights from biology in order to understand the dynamics of financial markets. His consulting experience includes application of behavioral finance for private banking and evolutionary finance for investment banking.

Dr. Harry Hurzeler is a Director of the Swiss Finance Institute where he is responsible for the Institute's executive education programs in advanced finance and in the management of financial institutions. Harry regularly speaks on Private Banking issues and leads the Institute's international Private Banking programs. Prior to his current role he was Managing Director of the Swiss Banking School until its merger into the Swiss Finance Institute. From 1985 to 1998, Harry worked for Credit Suisse in various roles, among them as Managing Director of CS Trust & Banking (Japan) and as Managing Director and Country Manager Japan for CS First Boston. Harry has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, and was Professor of Mathematics at Ohio State University.

Bernard Keller achieved a degree in Economics at University of St. Gallen and started his professional career first with Nestlé as Product Manager, and later with UBS. His path took him to Asia, then Zurich until 1985 when he went back to his home Canton Ticino. In Ticino he was responsible for the regional subsidiaries of UBS at first and became head of the Private Banking Advisory Unit later. In 1992 he was transferred to BDL Banco di Lugano, in those years a private bank of UBS, where he was CEO until 2006. It was in 2007, after Bank Julius Baer bought the private banks of UBS, that he was nominated member of the Executive Board of Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. and in charge of the region Ticino and Italy. Since the beginning of this year he is head of Switzerland and based again in Zurich.

Michael J Lagopoulos is CEO and Head of International Wealth Management of RBC Wealth Management London. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operating and financial results of the international private client businesses that include private banking, trust and structured solutions, investment management, full service brokerage and custodial services. With 36 offices worldwide, more than 2,500 employees serve more than 35,000 private and institutional clients of RBC residing in over 150 countries. Mr Lagopoulos graduated from the University of Toronto in 1979 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and became a Chartered Accountant in 1982. He has also attended advanced programmes in business at McGill University and University of Pennsylvania.

Philip Marcovici is CEO of Law In Context Pte. Ltd, the interactive knowledge venture of Baker & McKenzie, is partner of Baker & McKenzie and is the chair of its Global Private Banking Steering Committee. He is active in advising clients on issues related to the use of trusts and other fiduciary arrangements. He has been an honorary lecturer at the law school of Hong Kong University and the University of Zurich law faculty. He is an active member of the tax sections of both the American and the Canadian Bar Association, and of the Canadian tax foundation.

Mr. Jacques Mechelany is the CEO of Bank of China (Suisse) SA, and Chairman of the Board of BOC (Suisse) Fund Management SA. In 2004, he became a Partner of Heritage Bank SA. He was Managing Director and Founding Partner of Heritage Fund Management SA, the fund and institutional asset management arm of Heritage Bank SA. In 1999, he joined the Executive Management of Union Bancaire Privée to head the Middle East and then the Middle East and Asian regions for Private Banking and Institutions. Between 1992 and 1998, he founded and was partner and Managing Director of Julius Baer in Monaco. Between 1988 and 1991, he headed the Convertible and Warrant market making operations of Kleinwort Benson Securities in London, He started his career in 1984 as an institutional portfolio manager specialized in Convertible and Fixed Income Arbitrage at BAII in Paris and in New York. Jacques Mechelany holds a Master in Law from the University of Paris, a Degree in Economics from the University of Paris, and the Diploma of the Institut d’ Etudes Politiques de Paris.

Dr. iur. Urs P. Roth (born 1947), is an Attorney-at-Law, Chief Executive Officer of the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA) and Delegate of its Board of Directors. After finishing his law studies with a doctorate in Zurich and qualifying as an attorney-at-law, Urs Roth joined UBS in 1976 and worked until February 2001 in Zurich as UBS AG's Group General Counsel. As such he was responsible for advising UBS AG globally on legal and compliance issues. Urs Roth has served for many years on various commissions and working groups of the SBA. He has also written numerous academic papers on banking and stock exchange law. Since its establishment in 2005 Urs Roth is a member of the Foundation Board of the Swiss Finance Institute, a joint initiative of the Swiss Financial Services Industry, the Federal Government and leading Swiss Universities to promote research and executive education in finance and banking.

Kathryn Shih joined UBS AG in 1987, and was appointed CEO Wealth Management Asia Pacific in 2002. In February 2010, she was appointed Group Managing Director of the firm. Based in Hong Kong, Kathryn provides strategic oversight of the wealth management operations in Asia Pacific as well as spearheading the development of the business in the region. Before joining UBS AG, she was Assistant Vice President, Consumer Services Group, at Citibank N.A., where she managed the sourcing and processing of consumer loans between 1984 and 1986. Kathryn is a board member of the UBS Optimus Foundation. Education; in 1978, Kathryn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, USA, and in 1980, she obtained a Masters in Business Management from the Asian Institute ofManagement. In 1999, she completed the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University, USA. In 2001, she was conferred as Certified Financial Planner from Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong.

Dr Manfred Stuettgen is a Managing Director and Head of Branding for Credit Suisse globally, based in Zurich. Branding includes brand strategy & research, corporate advertising and product advertising of all divisions worldwide, corporate sponsorship, corporate design and corporate inter-/intranet development. In addition, Mr Stuettgen has responsibility for aligning Regional Marketing activities Switzerland, EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific with global branding activities. Mr. Stuettgen joined Credit Suisse in 2006 from UBS where he was a Brand Strategy Director implementing their global single brand. Prior to that, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company where he advised major global banks and asset management firms on strategy, organization, post merger management, and marketing/sales. Mr. Stuettgen began his career as a Financial Advisor with Deutsche Bank in 1988. Mr Stuettgen often acts as a lecturer and speaker on strategy and marketing at universities and international conferences. He holds a Master and Ph.D. in economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The 2nd edition of Mr. Stuettgen's book on "Managing organizational complexity" has been published with Haupt-Verlag in 2003.

Joachim Straehle, born in 1958; Swiss citizen; lives in Oberaegeri; Switzerland, he completed his initial banking training in Zurich; graduate of the School of Management in Zurich and of the Executive Program for Overseas Bankers, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. After completing his education Joachim H. Straehle worked among others for Bank Julius Baer in New York, where he held various management positions. From 1999 to August 2006 Joachim H. Straehle has held various executive positions at Credit Suisse Group in Switzerland and abroad. Initially employed in Zurich as Head of Family Office and Member of the Operating Committee of Credit Suisse Trust, he was later appointed CEO of the Credit Suisse Trust Group. He then became Head of Private Banking International and a Member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse. Finally he was appointed Regional Head of Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Russia and a Member of the Private Banking Management Committee. Joachim H. Straehle has been CEO of Bank Sarasin & Co. Ltd since 1 September 2006.

Alexandre Zeller joined HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA as CEO on October 1st 2008. Born in 1961, a Swiss national, Alexandre’s undergraduate education was in Lausanne, Switzerland and Leavenworth, Kansas, USA. He has a degree in economics and an executive MBA from Harvard. Mr. Zeller started his career with Nestlé in 1984 as an operational auditor and worked there for three years prior to moving to Credit Suisse. He was with Credit Suisse from 1987 to the autumn 2002 and held a variety of positions that provided him with wide-ranging experience in branch management, lending, and private banking for both Swiss and foreign clients. Between 1999 and 2002, he was member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Financial Services and CEO of Credit Suisse Private Banking Switzerland. Before joining HSBC, he was CEO for 6 years of the Banque Cantonale Vaudoise.

Dr. Urs Zulauf is a Member of the Executive Board Head of the Strategic and Central Services Division. Urs Zulauf (born 1956) graduated in Law from the University of Berne in 1982 and gained his doctor-ate in 1992 with a thesis on the due diligence obligations of Swiss banks. He joined the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC) in 1983, remaining research partner in contract and banking law at the University of Berne. Between 1992 and 1993, he worked for the Bank of England in London. He took over as head of the SFBC’s legal department in 1996.
